I have experienced many of time with amazon. At the first time, I had bought Drawer storage box. I got my product within week. They already informed me the arriving time. The services very punctual.
But my first experience was bad. Because the product damaged. Next day returned the product and they refund my payment. I ordered same product one again.
But, a small problem they showed on the product description about delivery as home delivery. In our region not provide amazon home delivery. The agent call me when product arrived. The consumer go to agents place and collect the product. The first shopping time I was pregnant I can't go to collect my order. Then collect the product help of others. Only this reason I reduced one star from rating.
