I ordered a kitlix tick and flee collar on amazon a month ago. The product was returned as the size was not appropriate. It did not fit our pet
which is why we were compelled to apply for a return and the refund there on. It has been a month since the order was picked up from our place and we have not received the refund yet.
Third class service. The product was returned but the MONEY WAS FORFEITED by Amazon. Fraudulent service. Amazon has earned lot of money from past orders but Rs. 540 forfeited by Amazon shows they can go to any extent to make money and not return customer’s money. Harrasment being done after making false promises of return of money.
