Amazon India delivers the defective items or item that doesnt work as described in the Amazon-India website product description. While I spoke to customer care executive, could be under influence of alcohol(may be working from home), speaks differently, very adamant and didnt possess any patience to listen to the issue, he just keeps explaining me the same line of statement about please refer to "Amazon Return Policy", nothing more than that. He was not even ready to help in resolving the issue. Then I completely understood that he was "Under Influence".
Amazon-India, please keep up.
As such, we(customers) need a some sort of Regulating Authority to save us from this kind of fraudulent practices adopted by the BIG-FISH-COMPANIES and to impose HUGE PENALTIES for all such un-ethical/unfair trade practices.
