Guys, I say you keep very safety and think one or more time to shop on amazon. You know very well after listen my speech. I placed a order of a 4g android mobile worth rupees 7649(with shipping charge). I get it after 7 days and after open I see a wrong product in the box than I send them a replacement request and after 2 hours first they are calling me and try to resolve their own way and nor ours. Amazon customer care telling me that they will replace my wrong product once but if the replace product is also defective they are neither going to replace again nor they will refund me my money back. Guys than you imagine a smartphone worth thousands and they are not refunding me. than what is the benefit of buying form these online stores then if they won’t refund our money back if we are no satisfied. After all we are trusting them and buying product without seeing and holding or checking like we do in offline stores. I am done with amazon.
If you get any defective product form snapdeal and flipkart they simply ask us if we want replacement and refund and they proceed with that. The both have refund me before with ease.
But I cannot see that on amazon so want to say you that don’t buy form amzon because they will never refunded your money and also they will replace once and if the replace product is bad than you simply loss your money, they are give not any importance to your request and money. Sop guys never shop form amazon specially anything worth thousands.
