Once you add amount in this wallet and try to make payment, it denies that the offer is not valid on product and your amount stucks in wallet itself. You will never get that cash back in your account. Amazon will convert it into amazon points that you can spend only on this site. Worst customer care support services, very non cooperative and so rude.
