Beware!!! Fraudazon Fooling customers !!!

Never give cashback! Send less quantity and defective products! Show fake status Delivered of non-delivered orders! Poor Delivery(ATS)! Poor Packing department!


Amazon running lots of promos promising to credit the cashback at a particular date or on or before said days.


But in most of the cases they fail to do this.


Whenever you contact to the customer care, they do’t know anything and Harass you by asking proof with the link of promo and all the details like% of the cashback on which item etc etc. After several attempts and contact with the customer care you may(not sure) be the lucky one who finally get the cashback.


In short they are doing Fraud and looting the customers by False promos and cashback.


Amazon is also Sending half/less quantity, damaged products and even showing delivered for undelivered products. For undelivered product you need to work hard to get the refund.


For Amazon fulfilled orders status shows it is shipped through Amazon Transport Service(ATS) but delivery boy confirmed that he is not from Amazon and belongs to some nearby shop(amazon using nearby shops for delivery). What quality of delivery can you expect from unprofessional and untrained delivery channel?


For some orders I contacted the customer care for the delivery and also called delivery boy but he did not came at my address and I took delivery at other place of his choice.


For Pantry the  delivery person asked me to order less item because its hard to deliver to many items and weight.


Poor Management that results in Poor Packing, Poor Delivery system, Poor Customer support and Harassment
