I had problems with Amazon delivery. But they have entered into an agreement with India Post. This is an excellent move as India Post have more delivery points than any other courier.
The deals from Amazon have always been very good and I have saved a lot of money on these deals. The quality of the products is also good. Their mobile application is good though I prefer to use the web site.
They have replied to all my queries and their Chat system is great.
