Amzon, the one of the giant e-commerce company In india with respest to its share in market.although the quality and price of the product are moderate but when it comes to service it very poor I suffered personally, I brought some t-shirts from amazon on diwali but they sent wrong size and colour so called up custmer care and raised a issue, so they aranged the reiverse pick-up and told me my money will be refund in 1week so u waited and after 15 day when I dind’t get money so call again to cc and said to me that money already sent by their side and advice me to contact to my bank so I contacted to bank but they did’t receive any amt.so I cantacted again to cc and again hole story explained they said to me to send bank pass-book, I done this also but its been two month hav’t received my money.this is such poor service I wish no body should have such experiance.
