More over on their site if you see there is no customer care no. with whom we can talk nor a feedback column. How can companies survive with such low customer values? I m never going to order anything from amazon now.
The courier company they are tied up is of the similar quality not at all helpful. If you guys ordering anything online make sure they are customer friendly. Don’t just go by rates .its ok if u pay a 100 bugs more but you will be relaxed.
I m suggesting you guys pls stop ordering from AMAZON, they will just loot you and you wont realise also. Atleast they should have some contact no. where we can enquire about our orders, here its like one is blaming an other guys because its not one company which is involved in the process.
There are many companies putting blame on each other. No one owns the responsibility.
