Few months ago I bought a idance earphone but as I got the delivery and unwrapped it , I got one side of lead was detached and was not working at all. So I was despointed and I tried calling the seller but they refused to acknowledge that the product was well working when they sent it so I got confused and called Amazon customer care took my complaint with atmost importance and made me satisfied that I would be refunded, after one week of complaint I got an email from them that my refund had been initiated but due to some error it was stucked. Then suddenly one day I got a courrier with a demand draft. Thank you Amazon.
