Being a shopaholic I was very happy when amazon came to India. I used to shop very often from amazon but since couple of months I am facing bad experience. First of their customer care service has became pathetic. They don't know how to behave with their customers. They don't have manners. Their communication skills needs to be improved. If you are planning to buy anything from amazon first check each and everything about that product. Read reviews about that product not on amazon but youtube, google and many other sites. Because reviewers are paid to write fake reviews. So be careful. Also their delivery service is becoming pathetic day by day. They have kept courier guy who can't even read address. They makes a call and tells you to be on mainroad near some landmark to pickup your parcel. Bro, first of all if we want to pick parcel from some road that is a half kilometre from my house then why to do online shopping. We can go to shopping mall and buy. Now coming to their product quality. The products provided by amazon is not at all same as what they displays atleast in case of clothes. You need to be lucky enough to get the right product. Overall think twice before buying anything from amazon.
