Ordered Refrigerator in Exchange of old Whirlpool refrigerator on Amazon. Received a Refrigerator with a big hole in side wall, hidden with screw. Cheating at its best.And guess, who was a supplier? Cloudtail.biggest supplier of Amazon.
When I called customer care for cancellation of order and asked back my old refrigerator, they denied to return my old fridge on grounds of policy. They also denied to replace faulty piece with new one as there is no replacement policy. They will only take back faulty item and credit the amount in my account.
Thus, they taken away my old working fridge for Rs. 700, delivered me faulty product, did not return my old fridge and also did not replaced new fridge with good. So for Rs. 20, 000(new fridge price)+ Rs. 700(old fridge)= Rs. 20700, I have lost both fridge. Isn’t it amazing.:-)
