I ordered for a ASUS motherboard in amazon.in, though it was delivered to me in the assured time bound, but the product was not bubble wrapped, the motherboard pack box was kept simply in to the other box which looks it was drained in the water and fell down, all the airbags inside of that were broke and the covered box looks wet and, product was delivered to me after the product reached my place after 2 days.
This shows how poor, irresponsible, no safety measures the service is by amazon. I called their customer care almost 5-6 times for the return of the product, still no attentive response from them. Amazon US’s first priority is customer satisfaction, but in india its no were compared.
