I purchased many things online, but when I tried amazon it’s services were outstanding from that day I started ordering everything from amazon, whether it was a mobile phone or my clothes and even my shoes. I never faced any issue from amazon and if I faced any problem then I would simply return the product and amazon would happily take that back.
And yes! its customer care service is totally caring whatever the case they will always reply you in a good manner.
