I ordered one plus 3 on 3rd October 2016 and expected delivery date is 8th October 2016. today is 13th October 2016 but still I didnt get my products. From 8th October I daily call to their customer care and they are giving same reply.
Same issue as per trailing review happened to me just they ordered one plus 3 by COD but I did full payment of mobile still same thing happened to me.
I dont know if they misplaced my my product and now they are telling me that cancel your order but how could you give solution like this to your customer, they are investing lot of money for their product. I told them my emergency also but they unable to help me even they are not providing courier facility physical address so I could pick up my product from there.
Here is attached screenshot of my order and I also raised complaint in Consumer court against Amazon. If possible deliver my product by today then only I take back my complaint.
