After getting harassed for more than a week, I am really approaching your forum with some hope. Placed an order on Amazon for a dress and size was large, requested for a return. And now I am chasing them for refund. Pathetic customer services, hopeless billing department has really made me agitated.

Not a single day passes without me giving them a call, have posted my complaint thrice on their FB page but all in vein. I am amazed to observe that their so called Primary Phones team doesnot has the authority to either transfer the call or share dispatch details. No intimation and nothing.
Everyone is sitting there to describe the policies. I even asked them if they have a word like "expedite" or "priority" in their dictionaries cz its only policies that they iterate regardless the customer’s concern. Rs. 719 is not a huge amount to crib for but their poor responses and meaningless customer centric approach has made me scream about my experience.
I am a working professional and an entrepreneur and tired of seeing such guilt free reverts and TATs. I had asked them for bank transfer and submitted the details the same day but they decided to send me a cheque. And now, I am getting no information or disptach detail for the same. Everytime I call, I get to know the TATs and nothing else.
Its really disheartening and depressing to see a brand like Amazon getting FLOP here in India. I really hope that companies start hiring people who wish to serve the purpose they are hired for rather than just making money and dictating set standards. I happened to connect with Srikant(whom I once appreciated for his effort), Abhinav and Abrar(senior among them) on my issue but seems even they are bounded by the policies as they too failed to resolve this petty issue.
Please suggest a way ahead and I seek compensation for the time, energy and money I have wasted in dealing with such bunch of idiots.
