I did online shopping at this website on 8 of this month and I got confirmation that I will get my product on or before 12 october.i had ordered a pair of shoes for my hubby and he wanted to get it on 14 for some ocassion.product arrived on 10 oct. But with a huge blunder they sent two different shoes of same brand.we called the customer care but they were not reddy to help us in exchange.we had approx 1hour long conversation but none of them agreed for exchange.they said refund will be done after reverse pick up.i am very disappoint with their service.i am not gonna shop from this website.
