This is in regards to an item from amazon.in which I purchased in the month of February regarding a traditional wooden pepper mill under my respective account as the product was damaged, it never worked. Now, due to which I am now either eligible for a refund or be it an exchanged. Hence, since the day I purchased this item I tried calling the amazon customer services so many times but nobody turned up for the service, they said the third party will send an email which I did check but it turned out to be some kind of an automated email. If this is the response iam getting from amazon which is the 1st online shopping website ive ever shopped on and this is how they responded of sending a product worthless. Well, I would suggest customers when buying the product please pay cash by getting it delivered and open it and check before the delivery man leaves because after which its no returning back your value for money and end up with storing garbage in your kitchen or home with is worth no use.
