Even if Amazon is the oldest online shopping network, it doesn’t change with time. I used this app2-3 times and everytime the experience was bad. Sharing all my bad experiences. I have difficulty in making account first. Adding a credit card is a mess. Second is the customer care is the worst. The executives are not at all cooperative. I was out home, the order was cancelled being reasoned the address was wrong, they didn’t even call me once. The updated status in the app is wrong. It was written delivered while the product is undelivered. And the thing is it doesn’t have cash on delivery on smaller products while other app like flipkart have. And the return is somewhat easy than buying.
