It’s been almost 8 days since I ordered mac book air 11 inch(order# 404-8796519-5637160, I have to say it’s a pathetic service I ever had.
In a nutshell: I ordered this on 10th of October 2014, I got a confirmation that the order will be delivered on 16th October 2014, albeit is too long for me to wait I just waited and now I see the delivery status updated as "As customer requested we have rescheduled". I have been waiting to see my order why the hell would I ask Amazon to reschedule the order?
I am desperate behind amazon Customer care to track my order they say my order will be delivered EOD, however I didn’t get the order till today.
They express themselves as world’s best customer service but I never expected this from Amazon India. With this type of scenarios Amazon project themselves as masters of fake promises.
