I’ve used many online sites for shopping . But the one and only site which made me anger is the "Amazon". Because the customer service is so poor as it is to be said . And there are other issue too.
I’ve booked a product from Amazon. The delivery of the product made me to write this review about the site. When I’ve received the product the outer covering of the product was damaged. I’ve mailed them about the issue. But that wasn’t a satisfying work from them. It was a shoe which cost about Rs.1400. The package was damaged and the even the packet was torn too.
The Amazon app is also a head ache to me and my friends. Because during any discount sales, it makes much anger through the wandering through the app. The user interface is too bad that it shows like exactly the site opened through a browser. Even the site opened through the browser is little bit faster.
When a product have booked from Amazon, it takes minimum three days to response for the delivery of the product. So, I couldn’t know that whether the product was delivered or not.
Even the product quality is also an here. A slight damaged product is delivered from this site. And the response for the customer is also a black point. The payment page gets sometimes stucked out in it. It may be the app crash.
I’ve received about 3-4 damaged products at early times. It had been changed now and slight improvement have been made. So Amazon should take much improvements to those issues mentioned above.
Because of the late delivery report, I can’t know whether the product have been delivered.
As a true incident, I’ve received a sandal which I’ve booked from it. The brand was puma . The product was good in quality, but the box covering it was damaged. Even the cover was named "askmebazaar" which I’d booked it from Amazon. Amazon takes this problem as a minor issue which is a major issue for those people out here.
On comparing to other sites, it shows a low customer service to the people out here. And also it takes a bit later delivery than other shopping sites that I’m using. And it is a little bit slower loading to the website than other websites.
