Product I ordered was borosil which was gud. The product had to be nice coz its borosil.
But all the problems has with the delivery of the product.I placed order on 11 aug 2015 n with the request to deliver it by 16th aug
Have spoken to 3 executive of amazon n told them categorically that I’m shifting to another town so pls deliver it in the stipulated tym .
But have got wrong in information by the agents "preeti radhika "n one more they mst be in their records.they assured me that they are sending the mail to the seller to deliver the product but later I got to knw that nothing as sch happened n been given the false information
But for ur kind information amazon I have left the town on 16 th n product is received by my father. don knw when will I go back . So for now guys my purpose has not been solved even after giving three reminders . Thank you amazon.of not being prompt in servicing ur loyal customer. Absolutely unacceptable. .
