Hii there, I am an amazon customer for a pretty long time. this time I am totally unhappy and dissatisfied for the way they DELIVERD MY PRODUCT with a "dent"in it. I ordered an whirlpool refrigerator, which got delivered after ten days. my order # is 405- 9568306- 9673942.i received a call from the delivery personal for directions, it was a COD ( cash on delivery) purchase, I didnt had cash and gave my card instead but the amazon personal said their swiping machine isn't working and asked for cash payment. I was taken aback ! thats not my problem ! I got very dissappointed and after many trials on my advice, they accepted card payment. they even refused to open the packing , and were in a hurry to leave once the payment was made ! once I opened the packing all by myself , I was shocked to find a DENT on the brand new refrigrator on the side which looked very odd. this is very poor CUSTOMER SERVICE ! even their app and websites seem to show us fake products with higher rates . Amozon has to address all these issues soon or they might lose their grip in the e-commerce market , which will degrade their reliability !
