Sounds weird.? Yes.They do.I had ordered an Harmonica for an upcoming concert.I am not a Prime member and my concert was only after a week. Hence I was ok with delivery in a week. I received an empty Package after 7 days. I Looked at the package closely and noticed no tampering.Called the Customer Service.They immediately agreed to send a replacement.No questions asked.Wondering why.? Because they know it was not stolen on transit as they project it to be.It was an empty package they sent. Just to buy more time for delivery.The replacement was sent in their usual snail paced delivery.They weren’t even courteous enough to expedite the replacement quickly.I am so very glad that WalMart has bought FlipKart.We might see some changes in their handling customer needs in future.
