Last month I ordered for a phone case and a book on amazon. The payment was done through my debit card since there is no COD at my place. They notified me that order has been successfully placed and delivery will take within 5-7 days. After 5 days I got a message from them in which they said your order has been cancelled due to some problems and they also said that refund will be send within 5 days and if not in 5 days, they gave me refund code for both products. I didn’t get my refund on both. I went to the bank and I got refund for only the book I’ve ordered. I didn’t get my refund on that mobile case which costs me about 499₹. That’s not a big money but that’s big for me. Amazon should improve their customer experience by removing these types of awkward things.really had a loss. All of you may order anything from Amazon on COD that’s better for you.
