On October 9th 2015 I ordered a CAR MAT, color black from AMAZON.com and I received the product within the dates they have given to me while booking. I will prefer AMAZON for their delivery and product quality actually I live in village where there is short of transportation, my place is far away from city nearly 90 km in the interior of Kolkata, west Bengal.
More over AMAZON has given me the best deal where other sites failed to deliver me this product in this price Rs 300 but AMAZON has done so. I have also brought different things from AMAZON and they have kept their same delivery time and product quality is good. They have also good return policy if your product is faulty. I have changed my laptop as I didn’t liked the color and notified them for return and they send their team to take it and in return given me another without any charges.
Ok it is true that everything are not perfect so as AMAZON also sometimes fails to keep their promise but I think it is better than others. One thing is that returning products and getting back the money takes long for AMAZON, for me they have taken near about 15 days to return my money.
