I’m using online shopping sites from about 2 years back. but never faced any problem regarding my ordered item.
but just a month back, I’ve ordered zipper earphones as they showed that the earphones had zippers,
first, they took 10 days for this delivery.
after when I got the delivery.
after the unboxing of the package. I’ve seen that the earphone I got was totally different as I ordered( actually they delivered the I-Phone’s earphone), even the earphones I got not original, doesn’t even support on I-Phone.
at that time I realized that I have nothing to do about this, coz this thing not replaceable neither refundable.
nothing to say just. I’ve never expected this from AMAZON.
