I Received wrong product and amazon(seller name: Áppario Retail) and they confirmed it as i’ve provided them images, the return got approved and after returning the wrong product, amazon customer service is refusing to refund!, they said this is their final statement after investigation and they will not help with this situation!
I opened the packaging in front of delivery guy and even they took pictures of it as well for proof but amazon still refusing to refund!
bought product worth ₹35, 980 but received two Books and two USB Devices instead(show in the pictures)
