I am an Amazon customer since last 2 to 3 years. I purchased so many items through it. It is a lot better service provider when compared to other e-commerce companies. But in some scenarios Amazon still need an improvement. once I booked a mobile(COD option) and I was not satisfied with it. So I decided to return it. When I contacted its customer care the guy told me that I will get my refund to my bank account directly. But after one week when I called them again then they said I will get refund as gift card. They didnt even bother to listen to my words. In the end I got my refund as gift card only.
It is a good e-commerce site but need an improvement.
