We purchased a 65 inch TV for rs 60000 and an instalation boy came and opens the package and install the Tv. surpringly there was no remote control in the box and the instalation guy confirmed that it was the mistake by the manufacture and he lodged a complaint and assured us within 24 hrs it will reach.in fact we complained to Amazon they promptly replied that it is not in their preview.The attitude of both the seller (Amazon) as well as Hisensre the manufactureer is very much untolerable.six days have passed still i have not recived the remote.i request the public not to purchase any item from Amazon and HiSense TV as thier attitude towards coutoners customers is really is really very disappointing.
