I purchased Moto 4G Plus on second october 2016 order no. 403-1681237-4020366 with exchange for nokia lumia 520. It was supposed to be delivered on 8th Oct 2016. I had asked it to be delivered in evening after 5:00. I am yet to receive the mobile. I reformatted my old mobile and keeping it at home everyday.I am without phone for last eight days.I am calling the customer care everyday.They say you will receive it next day.Not sure when the I will get the mobile.I am really fed up of this.in future I wont buy anything from amazon.I have made several purchases from other e-tailers. This is the worst experience.They wont give the contact no. of amazon transport services.not sure if they care about customers.
I am calling them everyday, now they are saying the mobile was lost in transit.They are not refunding the money also. I believe they are just taking the orders and not delivering them for months and using customers money without any interest.
