Be careful when buying products on Amazon.in. Their return policy is deceiving. I ordered an airplane mode vide Order No.# 402-4850693-4949905 dated 23rd September 2015 for Rs.8699/-. The dimension mentioned on the website is different from what we have received and the product quality if absolutely very poor. So I have requested for a return of the product. I got shocked when the seller has come back to me saying he will deduct 25%+ shipping charges which might workout to be 40%.
Worst situation is they don`t entertain any calls and when I sent mail to Amazon for thei A to Z guarantee, they are asking me to courier the product on my own to the seller since their return policy does not apply for A to Z guarantee.
This is cheating the public, whatever you say they will not listen to us. I had an issue with Flipkart and Snapdeal with their products before and they promptly taken the product and refunded full amount. But Amazon deducts huge amount towards cancellation fee.
So be careful next time when want to buy any items from them.
