Yes few of the times, the delivery was delayed. But it has not made me suffer a lot.
Customer service need an improvement. As they don’t have much of the information about the whereabout of the product.
And as they bring the exclusive range of Mobiles/Electronics, which attract me more towards buying from them.
Addition of amazon pay, the wallet service is the great move.
I also use them for Recharges, as they offer great discounts on recharges.
And you can also use amazon pay balance to make payment ot other websites/apps and earn rewards using it.
