I have bought a mobile back cover of samsung j7 .It cost around 300 rupees .firstly the delivery day was too late .at last when I got the product .Isaw it was a damaged product .then I contact their customer care and told this.they told me that ok they will send someone to pick up the product .but no one came to pick up.now when I told for refund .then the real problem came.firstly I told that add it to my amazon pay but they told that refund only possible through bank account.so I added bank account then send me a e mail and told me to fill up a proforma and sign it then resend it to them.I did all this but no refund has been done .this is only harassment of us .This was a very bad experience on amazon.
