First of all I want to say that their products are good. But their service is very very bad. Its a very big problem for me to shopping from amazon because amazon does not support delivery in my place. If I manage any other places here comes the second problem, that they don’t support cash on delivery at that place. So These two problems is really big problems for me to shop at amazon. At last I ordered a watch few months ago and changed the delivery address to my office, they deliver the product But It was a empty box after that I asked for refund. Really I never faced any issues in any other shopping sites. But for amazon Its really unexpected service.
Okay, All I can say that I am totally unsatisfied with their service. I want amazon to enable cash on delivery and they should make their ptoducts available in all places across india. Thank you.
