Terrible services with lot of glitches.

I am writing this review with my personal experience of shopping from Amazon. ComI had recently ordered an I phone from Amazon. Which was as such quite cheap online. And the delivery date shown was Dec 21 . And it did not show up till Jan. Finally when I registered my complaint against the online portal. And then after 24 hours it came.Shipping charges they put were quite high then they showed online.Again I was dissapointed with it.And when I opened my packaging the iPhone in it was damaged.I complained in customer service. They lodged my complaint.I had to again do all the procedure of refund.Which was yet very painful.A person turned up from the AmazonAnd told Me that the money won’t be refunded back but the product will be replaced. Or the money will be converted into the points on Amazon account of mine.I had major fight with the personThis was not the way Amazon should be treating their customers.I threatened the person that I will take the company to the courtBecause these are all ill practises and should not be performed in the rage of business purposes.After lot of issues and hell a lot of proceduresThey handed my 90% of the cash only.From that day on I decided not to buy online from Amazon specially.Highly dissapointed with their behavior towards their customers.I recommend not to buy any electronic gadgets from Amazon. Thank you. I hope this will help people from getting bullied by such online portals.
