I had ordered boat airdopes on 4th july 2023. But they delivered the "eyebro trimmer" to me which is of no use. After the delivery, I contacted the customer support team for making the return request and they told me to upload the pics of the item delivered and asked me to wait for 5-6 days . After a week, I again called them to know the status of my request and now I have been told that they have investigated the issue and there is no fault from their side and they have delivered the right product. I request them to please return or replace the product but they are not responding .After continuous argument , they disconnect the call by saying that they cant do anything in this matter. Now I request all the Amazon customers not to trust them as they are sending useless items to the customers which results in huge loss to the customer.
