I have order two books on Amazon whih is very important and not available in market. Which cost was already double compared to offline.
They said product will be delivered in 7 days.
I’m waiting for the product, after 10 days product not delivered, then I waited for next two days.
After 12 days I open my amazon app which interface I don’t like comparing to other and find the customer service number, they said I will call you in 10 minutes.
They call me after 5 minutes and t I tell him that the book is very important to me please deliver faster. They said that product will delivered next day. But the product not delivered next day.
I call him next day they said same, product will deliver tomorrow and next day product not deliver
Then 3rd time when I call him they said day after tomorrow you will get your product sir.
I waited for tge product which is important for me
But they never the book to me.
When I call next time they said, sir, cancel your order and please reorder the product, I was very angry on him, and saying to him cancel my ord I will order from other store, they said okk.
But after 26 day delivery boy call me sir your product is ready for delivery pick up.
I think I haven’t ordered anything but whet I got parcel that was book which was ordered by me before 1 months
The experience was very bad they don’t think about customers time and values of products.
Book was necessary for me so picked up.
