Had a Very bad experience with amazon
I orederd my phone cover on 30/11/2017 after I recieved all details about my order by message that your product will be deliver by 05/12/2017 and then on 05/12/2017 in evening delivery boy called me 2 times that time I was on my coaching after I come back my home I got message from amazon’ as customer denied to received product’ I was very angry that time.and is terms and conditions in amazon if customer not pick phone or customer not at home so delivery will be attempte next day(3 times delivery will attempe after if the customer denied to received so the product will Return) after I called to amazon customer care they also said.this is very bad I make complaint about delivery boy I said ok.
But till I not received any message any mail from amazon about sorry or your product will be deliver at that time.no mail come from amazon .Is this attitute regarding their customers .
Very bad service and after I never purchase from amazon.Cheaters
