FAKE Warranty by AMAZON INDIA on AC - Beware!

Purchased Kenstar Ac in dec 2016 from Amazon with a 2-year warranty( invoice attached) and its still under warranty. AC had a problem from beginning n ended up installation 2 times. Filling gas in ac 2 to 3 times in start of purchase itself. Kenstar did not give me 3 free services for the first year but just gave 1 free service but horribly done for just 1 time. It worked well for a month and again my AC got repaired since long and I called up kenstar for doing free service n they denied my 1 extra year warranty from Amazon which was mentioned in Invoice. Then I had called up Amazon and Amazon said my ac is under warranty and I don’t have to pay anything and asked me to take request id from kenstar. Again when taking Request Id from Kenstar, Kenstar straight away denied extra warranty by Amazon and now Amazon is not reverting back on this extra warranty since last 12 days. I have a bill clearly stating 2-year free warranty and now Amazon failed to claim my warranty from kenstar.

I purchased from Amazon where kenstar dint do direct sales with me. So I ended up asking amazon repeatedly for my free service or refund my money as the product is not working properly since the beginning. And Amazon denied both and not reverting back to my query on emails and In case they keep telling your query is escalated for last 12 days.

I have been fooled brutally by Amazon with fake warranty. I demand amazon should refund my money or replace this AC which had a problem from day 1. But Amazon is not cooperating and trying to escape from the situation saying they do not offer a refund or replace but not giving me service also for the product under warranty. How could I claim the warranty now? I’m pregnant now and I badly wanted AC in the summer season but my problem is not being answered by Amazon since 15 days. This is absolute cheating by Amazon by doing fake advertising to get sales and later not responding to customers queries. What will consumers like us do if such huge platform like Amazon ends up fooling customers like this? Should all of us stay away from such platforms as they sell fake products and defective appliances online? Who can help us get justice?
