Have been mostly happy with Amazon orders but have suffered losses of over Rs 10000 since their return process is not proper. Amazon is quick with return pickup and they have lots of advertisement but following orders that were cancelled were never picked up and no refund was made(ORDER # 404-2035305-0350710, 404-8661691-6765113, 403-1938315-3183540). Amazon customer care will call you and tell they are arranging for reverse pickup but in all these three orders the seller later calls and says if you want refund you need to arrange for return courier.
Remember Amazon guarantee says they will arrange for reverse pickup also and that they have a huge advt series showing how easy reverse pickup is. But this is far from truth.
