This is a complaint against Amazon.in specially towards their Customer Service. I recently ordered My Voltas 1.5 Ton 5 Star window AC. And got it 12 long days of order. After I got it., I unboxed it and tested it to assure its working. Product was damaged from inside as its cooling fan was broken into pieces, only because of carelessness of Amazon, they had not ensured its packing and the result I have to pay. I addressed the Customer service of Amazon about the same, but they turned me back by saying that you must contact Service centre. I did the same, they assured me by saying that your product will be get repaired by us in under 3 Days I waited for them for 5 Days. I again contacted service centre and now I got another Excuse that mechanics are on holidays, please contact after 10 Days. At last, I requested Amazon for return of my product. They said that a delivery boy will pick up my AC from my home and as they got the product, money will be refunded in form of Amazon Balance. But, till today I m waiting for that Delivery boy to come. I am totally confused, what to do.? Please help me.
