I order a wireless earphone(order id:407-1234567-8912345) from amazon on 29th april, but I received it on 13nd may, and that too in damaged condition.
Problems that I faced:
The box was open and the seal was broken.
the earphones was not proper working. sometimes the voice also crack in earphones.
I tried customer care many times but the response was not very helpful.
I request to return but there is no such response.
I have used amazon for long time but in this time it disappoint me I didnt accept from amazon to do this.
I request amazon to improve their seller quality and take responsibilities for bad products.
