We all know the very proverb, " A true friend is known only in time of danger". Story being said for same treatment I got from Amazon.
After dealing with amazon I’ve known that any company can’t be good by showing so many ads and hoardings and posters.
I think that no customer service can be worse than amazon.
I bought a product, headphone from amazon, first of all it was of low quality so I returned it on the same day.After 2 days when I did not get any message or any call I contacted their customer care number. They told told sorry sir there is no customer representative of us is available in your place, so you have to return it by yourself and we will provide you your courier for that.I said O.K., So, I sent the product through courier and then mailed them my courier slip. But they didn’t give my money. After contacting 4-5 times they gave me my money. Before that someone was saying that I’ initiating, someone was saying I’ve already initiated. When the product was delivered they were first saying that sir your product has arrived another address we can’t give your money. After 8-9 days they gave my money.
Saying about the product, I want to sat that the headphone was worst. It’s neither good in sound quality nor in looking.Any headphone can be better than that.
Talking about the delivery time, when I’s buying that it showed me a date, messaged me another date and gave the product in another date, 2 days later.
App and website both are full of inappropriate ads, besides the takes permissions of those things which are not required for the running of the app.
Talking about the reliability, friend don’t be fool looking so many ads of this site and seeing the product images on their site.
