Indelivery and return policy.
I have ordered a adidas memiziz shoes for myself I play football and I am thinking of buying a new shoes for me so first I went to adidas, Nike showroom, malls as I am really choosy about shoes. I find one of my choice of shoes at adidas showroom in G. I. P mall noidaThe price over there is 5500 Indian rupees.
Then I went to amazon.in website and start searced for specific adidas shoes and I find it easily.
The great thing about this website it’s The price
The price of the same shoes is 3299 Indian rupees in amazon. In
.So that’s really Great as I saved money and time both in terms of my own research. I was so happy as I saved money and I just used my little knowledge about online shopping.
Now it’s time for deliveryI
ordered shoes on 6/1/18
They delivered my shoes on 9/1/18 .
I was so happy that they delivered product in just three days.
I took my parcel from the delivery boy.It’s a cash on delivery because usually we have to use cash on delivery.
The offer me free delivery so I paid just the amount of my shoes 3299 Indian rupees.
So it’s really a good deal.
Then on the same evening I showed my shoes to my brother when he wears it. It’s just little small. the size supposed to be small as we order 7size shoes but we need actually 8
So I went to website choose refund policy .Fill the required details. It’s s Easy.
They send me a massage that they received the request and said that they refund delivery came with the new shoes so I just have to give him the old one and took my new shoes on the same time without any charges .
Amazingly the delivery boy come just on the next after noon after giving the request on amazon website.
They first send me the message then confirm by calling.They took the old one and give me new one of 8size same adidas shoes
Genuinely I am so happy with the servicesI
saved my lots of time and money ofcourseNo hassle about anything from product to delivery or refund to return.
I am so happy with the services from amazon. Inreally thanks them for there services and giving me the original product as same it’s came from an exclusive showroom
