The worst product along with the poorest customer

I ordered an expensive watch on July 1 through amazon.in and then I raised a cancel request on July 4 but the product got delivered on july5 and system automatically updated the return request scheduled for the next day. Neither the pick up person ever appeared and not any change in status on online app or website. It always showing that pickup has been rescheduled but no one showed up. Now when I called up the customer service executive, he is not understanding the fault in the system which is not giving any other option as according to the system, return request has already been raised but no one is coming to pick it up. The product is so poor in quality. It’s not even worth Rs 200/- for which we paid 20000/- bugs. This way return time window ended and I have left with no other option. Amazon has found a new way to cheat people. I am a regular shopper at amazon but this experience was more than disgusting. If system has a technical fault than why customer has to bear it? I would rather give zero stars for this that they are not accepting the system fault.
