Recenty I have ordered bolero slx Cover on 27th may. From then to 10 june I dint get that product then I contacted to seller Big Zooom to send me my orders faster. After that they dont gave any response to my mail then once again I contacted the seller through mail then the seller called me and ask me about my problems that I have got the order or not then they said we will contact you later after knowing the problem. Then they dint contacted me. Then today on 15th of june I call to the amazon customer care and said my issues with Big Zooom then they suddenly acted and said we will confirm or return / refund your order within 24hrs.After 1 hrs bigzoom contacted me and refunded my money.
So guys I just want to say that I you have any problem then contact to amazon directly they will solve your problem very fast.
