Let me share some thing which you all should know about amazons quick delivery option.
I ordered a gift for one of my special friend on 5th March 2016.
Her birthday being on 7th I ordered for fast delivery( not to mention their fast delivery still takes 2 days minimum to reach even after taking extra Rs.80 as fast delivery charge).
I as a customer trusted amazons big name n waited for the item to be delivered.
But what I came to know is that the so called Fast delivery takes minimum two days after the dispatch of the Item.
Now as a customer I want to know who the hell is responsible for this dispatch.
Is it a fault at customers end?
Is it really what fast delivery is all about?
Do they really deserve this huge esteem?
My product was dispatched on 7th January ( not on 5th and not even on 6th both being working days ) and moreover is delivered on 12th march.
I tried contacting them, they wont talk on phone, they will just receive your e-mail and send you just a system generated e-mail.
I tried writing sellers feedback, god knows what they will be doing but I havent received any personal message.
MOST IMPORTANT:
These guys wont accept my customer review.
Yes Yes You heard it right I am unable to post any review on the product.
As soon as I right a review they send me a mail with this.
