I am the regular shoppers of amazon.in . Today I would like to share one of my experience into amazon. Two months ago I purchased a set of beer mug( pack of 4) from Amazon and when I received the box at the time of delivery I found that the box is seems to be little damaged and I was quite sure that the material inside it will also be damaged as it was a glass mug, but I had already paid for the product so the delivery boy suggest me to keep the product and if there will be any problem then the product will be returned.
Finally I decided to keep it and after opening the box as I have expected the product inside box was damaged, not the complete set was damaged but out of 4 glass 2 was completely broken and the third one has minor scratches( like negligible) .
I was completely disappointed with the packaging and the courier team delivery. So finally I called customer care and informed the same to them. And thanks to there customer support team they instantly asked me that weather I want refund or replacement. And seeing there fast service I go for the replacement. And they just given the new product delivery without any pickup and as a token of apology they asked me to keep the remaining two glasses and delivered the complete new set of 4.
As a customer point of view a complete disappointment turns to a complete satisfaction.
Personal suggestion-The Amazon prime seller are good and provide nice services instantly but the rest seller are totally waste they are unable to provide satisfactory services to the customers.
