I ordered a Supertooth buddy Car bluetooth from Amazon on Oct 1. it was a product sold by Staples and fulfilled by Amazon. They kept sitting on my order till 5 Oct and then cancelled the order saying that the vendor could not source the product. when I contacted Staples they mentioned that since it is Amazon fulfilled they stock the product in Amazon warehouse and according to them there was stock available with Amazon and no way they could not have fulfilled the same.
When I contacted Amazon, they kept giving me one flimsy reason after another. they even suggested that I buy from another vendor at almost 40% higher price. This is not the first bad experience that I am having with Amazon. Earlier the bad experience was limited to their delivery partner who used to deliver the product 3 - 4 days after it would reach the local hub and incorrectly keep sending updates that no one was available to collect the parcel. Worst e retailer ever.
The service is not the same as you get in US. I do not have a problem with their site it is just that their service sucks.
